·         Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

·         Payments must be made via the secure payment gateways offered on our website.

·         We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and select Wallets.

·         IN2theX reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

·         We aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 business days.

·         Delivery timelines depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

·         Delays due to unforeseen events or courier issues are not the responsibility of IN2theX.

6. Returns & Exchanges

·         We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused and unwashed items with original tags.

·         Items must be returned in their original packaging.

·         Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

·         Customized or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
