Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You may return unworn, unwashed, and unused items with original tags and packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be initiated through our website's return portal or by contacting our customer support team at [support@email.com].

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products
  • Customized or personalized items

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via store credit or bank transfer (details to be provided during return request).
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not supported. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return process must be followed.
